I oversee the Creative Services Dept. - helping coordinate installation schedules, long vinyl runs on our machines, production shipments and installs, delegate projects amongst my coworkers in our Art Dept., while also helping design, set up proofs, generate quotes, print graphics and vinyl wraps, etc.I oversee our Track Services division. This includes dealing directly with NASCAR and associated tracks to design new track walls, apron signs, car toppers, showcar wraps, and new photo op signs used for fan engagement. I also take approved proofs and run Tyvek patterns for my crew, while also coordinating the creation of larger patterns from our vendors. Temporarily took over the roles and responsibilities of my Art Director for a period of 3.5 months while he was out on an extended medical leave in early 2019. I helped manage and direct various new projects while still maintaining my previous responsibilities. -In charge of maintaining all printers in the department including the loading and unloading of different types of vinyl and banner material for Latex printers and Eco Solvent printers, changing out ink cartridges, performing regular maintenance checks, and cleaning each one on a regular basis.-Help with designing anything from trailer wraps to small decals to ads using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.-Write and edit blog posts and website content in order to present an abundance of information to our new and existing clients.-Took control of every social media platform for JKS Incorporated as well as the Winston Cup Museum Special Event Center, scheduling and posting different media content through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google+ using Hootsuite. Compose posts to create more interest and interaction among JKS Incorporated's audience and to lead more potential clients to our website.-Laminate all vinyl that comes off the printers to be turned into signs, banners, wraps, decals, etc. Also put laminated vinyl on plotter to make intricate cuts before it is sent to be made into the consumer's product.-Was in charge of rebranding all company vehicles from trucks to vans to tractors with new door logos and tailgate logos.-I work with digital media from various events outside of JKS, as well as in-house video and photography, to create time-lapse videos of products being put together, cars/trailers being wrapped, and to give a summary of an event JKS Incorporated or the Winston Cup Museum was involved with.
