The model was accepted as a template for global deployments due to the success of the project plan, work breakdown structure and development tasks for this software.

QinetiQ/Trescal Ltd Oct 2000 – June 2011Trescal Ltd acquired the Equipment Managed Services Division 1st August 2009 from QinetiQ.Project Manager/Bid Manager, Jan 2009 – June 2011Executed tasks as key part of the Senior Management Team to work with major clients, i.e. Rolls-Royce, Aero Engine Controls and Airbus, and provide project management skills to the outsourced onsite teams and customers. Expertly defined project scope, goals and deliverables including benefit realisation to support business targets in association with senior management and stakeholders. Instigated transitional implementation project plan and service delivery model for new business contracts. Steered tasks throughout the project lifecycle, managed the risk in the project detailing risk registers and mitigating actions to minimise potential impact. • A key member of the successful bid team for a new ten million Euro contract with Airbus UK, and provided direction, delegation and strategic input of the tender and project management complexities.• Proactively involved in bidding process, also built effective client relationships at all management levels that leads to nomination as the Trescal Account manager for the new five-year contract with Airbus.PM/IT Data Analyst, 07/00 – 12/07Supervised and facilitated the transition of the Metrology department from Goodrich to an outsourcing function operated by QinetiQ. Actively engaged in the preparation and assessment of KPI’s to the customer and the maintenance of bespoke in-house databases. • Implemented appropriate schemes to manage the project across Goodrich and Rolls-Royce sites, and reported to the overall Business Group Manager, also spearheaded activities to perform commercial analysis for the renewal of a five-year contract between Goodrich and QinetiQ.• Stimulated in developing and maintaining of Microsoft databases accurately to monitor and report upon calibration equipment at five Rolls-Royce and Goodrich aerospace factories.
