As the person responsible for maintaining and developing specific advertising partnership, I recognized growth opportunities, successfully negotiated terms, and executed agreements.Over the years, I significantly expanded our partnerships across multiple websites, doubling the incoming revenue while providing increased value to our business partner.Additionally, I managed Freegames.cz for some time, handling everything from finding the best deals and direct partner negotiations to invoicing, paperwork, and regular communication. My efforts in creative monetization strategies and editorial work resulted in a several-fold increase in revenue for Freegames.cz.

I collaborated on various tasks, efforts and initiatives at the company, including content creation for Hry.cz. I briefly co-created the content pipeline for StartupInsider.cz and participated in creating lifestyle content for Booom for a short period of time. As an ideamaker for the quiz website HadejHru, I created quizzes and increased engagement. For Česká hra roku, I handled various supporting tasks. Additionally, I provided tech support for the first couple of years, managing hardware, software, services, procurement, stock, licenses, and repairs, both in-house and with external partners for couple of years. I also took on various other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

As a Tech and Customer Support Specialist, I resolved various customer issues related to domain names, web hosting, and name servers. My daily responsibilities included assisting with domain setup, hosting, and website configurations, managing invoices, and handling DNS records. The role demanded clear communication skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with numerous support tickets, chats, and calls coming in at the same time. My objective was to inspire and educate, fostering a new generation of talented, confident, and skilled bartenders.As a result of my training programs, many students found themselves engaged and passionate about bartending, with numerous graduates advancing to become chief bartenders in established bars. A few even progressed to teaching bartending themselves.
