Heading up a team of operators monitoring, running and hosting a live exchange housed in corporate data centres. Onboarding and accrediting clients to use the exchange. Providing support for participant enquiries, investigating processing issues, and testing and implementing upgrades and fixes.Supporting the development and implementation of a modular suite of financial services applications including matching engines, trading interfaces, high frequency trading applications, market supervision tools and reporting systems. Assuring the continued availability of build, deployment, issue tracking and monitoring systems.Providing day to day support for a full office environment including both IT systems and aspects of office management.

Providing support for the launch and subsequent running of a newly developed market-making and trade reporting platform. Then responsible for the day to day operations of that platform including issue management and investigation, assessment and implementation of new features, and provision of bespoke and standardised reports for technical, business and market supervision requirements.

Working with a small team to provide data collection, provision, warehousing and migration services primarily within the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas.

Providing operational support for the LiquidityHub trading platform.

Monitoring and providing first line support on a shift basis for the Win platform. Provided bespoke reports to internal and external clients. Administered 10+ MSSQL database servers in an environment where high availability was of utmost importance.
