At Code and Theory I design high-impact, user-centered Web sites with strong emotional appeal, sophisticated production values and intuitive navigation to maximize user engagement and cement powerful brand identities. I collaborate with members of multidisciplinary teams and advocate for users and user centered design practices. I work on both tactical and strategic aspects of a project and present work with rationale for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining an understanding of digital trends. With this I create and maintain documentation and deliverables for multiple stakeholders: clients, visual design and developers. I articulate decisions with research data and design principles.
