Working with a major New Zealand Telecommunications provider to prototype, develop and implement a “best of breed” solution for their Number Portability Project.Engaged to produce a risk-mitigating migration methodology to achieve this technical design.Actively developed the Novell IDM ESB Connector to add additional ESB providers including MQSeries (Java)

Delivered quality services, notably strategic network planning, systems integration services, architecture/design consultancy, systems assessment/audit and skills transfer.After a company instigated move from Melbourne to Brisbane to service the demand from a number of Novell's strategic customers, and indirectly as a result of working within a small group environment, I was responsible for the design and implementation of a number of successful Identity Management related projects, delivering Resource Management projects, producing a Web Services based Delegated Administration tool as well as a host of other project related tasks.In addition to servicing my extensive major local and New Zealand accounts, a promotion saw me heavily involved in a number of development projects designed to improve the operation and productivity of the Consulting arm. Projects included the production of metrics and methodologies for project estimation and development of a secure shared repository for documents, code and project related information to foster reuse and increasing the utilisation rates for Novell consultants.

Wholly responsible for the day to day operation of the College's information systems including Network Infrastructure, Server Operating Systems and Internet related services across three sites.As the point of reference for each of the Wesley Campus site administrators which involved training, mentoring and Operational Support, forward looking project related tasks feature heavily in the role.
