Infrastructure technologist responsible for 21-site countywide two-way radio, alpha-numeric paging and radio console systems, as well as all associated microwave, sub and support systems including IT/IS related systems.• Motorola ASTRO 7.17 M3 Core System Administrator-- Legacy SmartZone via SmartX-- Analog and P25 Phase-1 (FDMA) Simulcast & I/R Sites-- Factory trained and certified in 2016• Provided operational support to police, fire, medical and special operations first responders• Motorola MCC 7500 Console System-- 40 consoles at two PSAPs• Aviat Eclipse II, Harris Megastar and Harris Constellation microwave back haul-- Factory trained and certified on Aviat Eclipse II and field trained by vendor on Harris MegaStar and Fujitsu FLM-150 mux units• Wide area interference detection, analysis and locating-- Improved existing in-house techniques with new technologies• Agency Public Information Officer (PIO) - March 2015 to May 2017-- Proposed and developed agency's first PIO position to enhance awareness of the agency and its mission prior to new funding mechanism appearing on the ballot, which passed-- Established and handled social media presence with consistent 20-30k user reach per month, without paying for posts-- Updated brand image of the agency with new agency logo, website, staff polo shirts and vehicle graphics• IS/IT Systems-- Administered both mission-critical and support network environments spanning all 21 sites across the county via our own private microwave systems; including VLANs, multiple subnets and QoS.-- Deployed on-prem Active Directory domain with 3 geo-separated domain controllers and later migrated that to a hybrid Office365 w/ Azure solution-- Only full time employee handling IS/IT from 2014-2018, in addition to RF system responsibilities-- Utilized prior experience combined with new research to significantly expand and improve system awareness capabilities while in the field
