Studied Web Development, and provided Student Mentorship in Math and Web Development to other students. I was also a member of the National Technical Honor Society, and SkillsUSA National Team for Web Development.

I am responsible for sorting incoming mail for a rural route into the appropriate containers. Upon doing so, I then pull down the mail, and deliver it to the appropriate houses, paying careful attention to street addresses and names. I utilize my own vehicle to do so.

I was responsible for serving customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Handling customer complaints at the lowest level was something that the restaurant encouraged, and I took to heart. Empowering employees was huge to me, and I enjoyed having that ability to try and make the customer as happy as possible without approaching management.

I was responsible for explaining our services to people, helping them begin their credit repair and restoration, and during the entirety of their services, I am responsible for updating them. I also dispute and negotiate with creditors to help my clients be able to afford paying off the debt that they owe.

Prepared meals for 200+ residents, 1-2 meals per day.Oversaw 6-8 Dietary Aides to ensure jobs were performed correctly.
