Assumed leadership for operations; managed buyers and shipping schedules; revamped buying and accounts payable process and decision-making with targeted negotiations; emphasized on-time shipping and just in time purchasing;  Improved damaged relationships with vendors. Improved the cash flow and reduced aged payables by an average of 75%. Oversaw $0.6 million machinery upgrade in machine shop. Led team of three machinists to select appropriate machinery types for major upgrade. Negotiated lease details with bank and purchase terms with machinery vendors.
