At LOOKUP.COM I was the Sales and Marketing Manager. I started at LOOKUP as the Helpdesk Lead and worked my way up from there to lead our Sales and Marketing Teams. Through great success we've been able to double our client base, do business in multiple countries, expand our Office Space to now include a Showroom for the latest technologies while keeping the core SME feel. My role includes working with our Major Partners in Microsoft, HP, D-Link, Fujitsu, Ingram Micro to delivery Services and Solutions to our customers that fit their needs and not just a normal box product. With our team we've created Paperless.com.au to provide a Paperless Solution, Upgraded our Core LOOKUP.COM (www.lookup.com.au) Website - had it Audited by respectable Auditing company and pass with flying colours and launch our Online and Brick and Mortar Retail Space. I worked with the team to delivery Hardware and Software solutions and then with our Ops team ensure the implementation of those services. We've been responsible for Server Upgrades, Website Redesigns, POS Install and Upgrades, Digital Menu Solutions, Paperless Offerings and more. It's been fantastic to be able to work with some of the worlds largest companies to deliver products to our SME customers and show that the best solutions and products are suitable to all verticals and can be cost effective. This means I get to see the latest and greatest technologies and solutions first hand - keeping my weeks different.
