Current• Intrepid Visionary & Strategic Leadership: Led multi-agency, geographically separate, military, civilian, and contractor 10 member team to develop a state-of-the-art federation of systems software capable of assessing all-domain EMS dependent C5ISRT adversary as well as DoD capabilities and interaction with GOTS/COTS modeling & simulation software evaluating joint requirements to inform Joint Requirements Oversight Council strategic initiatives.• Doctrinal Expertise and Advising: Provided expert advice on electromagnetic warfare doctrine to a wide array of stakeholders including combatant commands (CCMD), Joint Staff, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, SECDEF, Joint Force Commanders, and US government agencies, enhancing operational strategies and tactical approaches.• Industry and Interagency Collaboration: Fostered robust relationships with industry, academia, service intelligence, and other agencies to advise on space and special technical operations employment, ensuring cohesive and forward-thinking integration of space capabilities into joint operations.• Operational Analysis and Planning: Spearheaded the planning and execution of EW operations assessments, establishing baseline requirements for CCMDs, services, and components, which significantly contributed to the DoD's EMS analytic agenda.• Threat Analysis and Mitigation: Identified and assessed emerging threats to space operations for EUCOM using parametric analysis, subject matter expertise input, and modeling & simulation, providing comprehensive courses of action (COAs) for achieving EMS superiority and safeguarding critical assets.Awards and Recognition:• #1 of 8 Joint Service assigned Majors• Team of the Year Award (2023)• Field Grade Officer of the Year Award (2023)
