City General Manager for Sydney at Hub Australia overseeing sales, operations and new clubhouse activation. Over an 18 month period led the team in increasing the Sydney footprint from 1,000sqm to 7,300sqm with the opening of Hub Hyde Park, 5,000sqm and Hub Customs House, 2,300sqm. This saw the membership base increase from 150 members to 1000 members.As part of the Leadership Team nationally was also responsible for implementing strategies across the business to facilitate the growth from 4,400sqm to 22,000sqm. These strategies included implementing policies and procedures, managing staffing requirements/personal development, and achieving financial and sales targets.

Commercially responsible for a high-end serviced office building located in the City of London and direct line manager to five General Managers across 6 additional buildings in Central London with a combined total of 11,500sqm of lettable space. Servicing a multitude of companies from start-ups to HNWI and large corporations.As Area General Manager for LEO was also involved in the operational strategy for the business across 35 locations including implementing policies and procedures, staffing requirements, operational design and implementation of new locations, and management of compliance.

Responsible for operating multiple 6 star serviced office building across central London as well as opening LEO's first 7 star location and brand 'Quantum' at 8-10 Hill Street, Mayfair. Other notable buildings operated include LEO's flagship City of London location 1 Cornhill, 60 Lothbury, 148 Leadenhall Street and 288 Bishopsgate.Heavily involved in the design and operational readiness handover of Octagon Point, St Paul's.
