This made sure that patrons were not subjected to wait times or confusion about item locations, while also allowing me to learn how effectively split my time between work done at and away from the front desk.• Aided other library staff with projects, events, and generally any else they needed to ensure that they always had assistance whenever needed, which taught me how I could help projects run more efficiently, and ensure my coworkers always had help when they needed it.

This resulted in group members specializing in and taking responsibility for unique areas of expertise during competition, as well as me and my fellow co-captain learning about to delegate responsibilities strategically and effectively.• Observed and analyzed each squad member's area of expertise as well as their ability to perform during competitions which allowed us to make rosters for each competition to ensure we had the most effective combination of squad members at the competition table at each point, which ultimately resulted in our squad winning our first conferences general competition during our first semester, and placing high within our conference's specific topic competition during our second semester.
