• Optimized signal-to-noise ratio via field amplified sample stacking in micro- and nanofluidic channels by varying buffer and concentration, as well as using fluorescent dyes with different electrokinetic properties.
• Key techniques: manipulation of electroosmotic/electrophoretic flow of ionic solutions, use of micro- and nanofluidic channels (glass), use of custom-made PDMS devices, Matlab.
