Scrum Master and Technical Lead for the Scrum Team developing the backend of the global IKEA website. Implementation of the IE, GB and BE commerce sites for IKEA on the Oracle Commerce Platform (formerly ATG). This was a multi-million pound global project that involved hundreds of developers across many teams. This project was run in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), so preparing and running big room planning was a major part of the role every few months.Main activities:-Prepared for and ran the Scrum events: Planning, Review, Retrospective and Grooming sessions-Demonstrated the sprint increment to IKEA-Ran intense refinement and planning sessions with IKEA-Continuous impediment removal for the development team-Led the technical direction of the backend solution-Driver of BDD development practices (The IKEA product owners had limited experience in BDD so required support to ensure the product backlog was ready for planning sessions)

Technical Lead for the scrum team developing the Hollandsnieuwe.nl site for the Vodafone Group in the Netherlands. The site was built on the ATG platform.Main activities:-Prepared for and ran the standard Scrum events-Impediment removal of the development team-Drove the technical solution for the site

Was consulting on improving their ATG deployment and product loading processes.

Led the Scrum team delivering the Ageas Protect website. Involved integration with off the shelf products Portrait and Lissia. This was formerly Fortis Life UK and later bought by AIG.
