I manage a portfolio of approximately 400 Mortgage Brokers in Victoria for Bankwest. I work with these brokers to write new business with Bankwest and to educate them on the ever changing world of products, policy and procedure. I help with trouble shooting home loan scenarios and assist in getting their applications over the line, avoiding issues or should the broker come up against difficulty, fixing the problem in a timely manner.I work with key internal stakeholders to make sure structured feedback is provided to the relevant segment of the Bank, to help procure change in policy or procedure when a shortfall or window of opportunity has been identified.I find this role a very rewarding one and embrace my job and the challenges that come with it. I love working with the brokers and seeing their business grow with Bankwest.

My role supports the retail network of Bankwest in Victoria. I am involved in launching new retail products, ie savings, mortgages, transaction accounts, credit cards and personal loans, being the 'go-to' person for product related queries, coaching sales staff in sales tips, opportunities and product knowledge.
