I served as the creative product leader for StitcherAds and am accountable for driving mutual innovation and shared learning across StitcherAds creative products and creative teams. I move among both product and creative worlds, applying strong product principles and strategic frameworks to the creative space. One moment I may be sketching creative ideas and inspiring new, previously-unimagined possibilities, and the next demonstrating clearly-articulated, business-driven, outcome-oriented decision-making. Just a few of my key responsibilities are:- Set the strategic vision and strategy for creative initiatives, including balancing investments in current projects and testing and rolling out new types of creative capabilities, across platforms and across the globe- Ensure that creative solutions are fully integrated into the overall company and product roadmap- Incubate concepts into workable prototypes executing on test and launch of innovative new ideas- Work with product and creative teams in evolving StitcherAds’ current creative framework to a next generation platform for dynamic creative content- Drive toward business impact and make tough calls: Own decisions for the creative product roadmap, assessing impact and opportunity cost- Constantly monitor and evaluate industry trends for mid to long term opportunities - Investigate new creative technologies and evaluate potential growth and fit with company strategy- Work with our Publisher team to evaluate new publishing partnerships based on their creative opportunities/capabilities

I head up StitcherAds' diverse and global Creative team, which produces best-in-class dynamic and branding creative for performance-focused paid social campaigns. We work with some of the biggest retail and e-comm clients in the world and ensure their eDPA, digital circular and dynamic ad campaigns are always on-brand and performance tested.

Responsible managing personnel and day-to-day operations of a large cross-functional, global creative department and the Sizmek Creative Innovation Team. Our Creative Development Team specializes in executing dynamic and immersive rich media executions across display, mobile, and video channels. The team excels at meeting tight timelines, working within brand guidelines, and designing creatives with optimized delivery to maximize reach and effectiveness. The Creative Services teams provide training and campaign assistance to creative shops, agencies, and publishers who utilize the Sizmek Ad Suite.Sizmek’s Creative Innovation Team is a product-focused team which releases and supports formats, templates, features and creative tools. The team also provides creative support such as custom solutions, QA, and certification.

Managed an in-house multimedia department where I wrote, shot, edited and authored DVDs for training and marketing videos. Also provided multimedia Web development for the corporate website.

Provided graphic design, web development, video production and multimedia development to clients including Bitwise Solutions and Baylor Healthcare Systems.

Responsible for district's cable channel operations: wrote, shot, and edited informational and instructional programs; produced live event recording and web streaming of district events; served as district's first Webmaster.
