Senior Consultant Titus Regional Medical Center – IT Strategic Subject Matter Expert  Interviewed all Information Technology Staff for the purpose of reorganization. Performed intensive Software and Infrastructure discovery process. Documented all projects current and future for planning a 5 year IT Strategic Plan. Developed 3 documents for the Strategic Plan; High Level Overview, Project Priorities with detail, and Staffing analysis which all of them had my recommendations. Senior Consultant ST Joseph Health System - Meditech MIS/UNV/CMS Subject Matter Expert  MIS/UNV/CMS support and configuration for 15 Ministries Meditech Standardization project. Involved in SBAR decision and creation which included Standardization for Meditech build design under MIS/UNV.  Configured and ran multiple scripts with large amounts of data into various Meditech dictionaries using the Summit Healthcare Toolkit. Assisted with Meditech DTS and Latency testing. Performed Meditech Print Server configurations. Performed Hardware Integration Testing throughout all 15 Ministries which included PC, Printer, and Meditech Print Server configuration. Supported the efforts for each regions 24/7 Meditech GO-LIVE.
