Applied Audio is a theatrical supply company providing services for rental, sales, service, installation, and production. Working in all aspects of live sound & lighting production. Our clients include Houses of Worship, Educational Institutions (all levels), along with more commonly recognized entertainment venues.Day-to-day responsibilities were to help handle all operations of the warehouse. To book rentals, prep and de-prep rentals, upkeep all equipment, perform repairs as necessary, handle the cleanliness of the warehouse, help any customer who calls or walks in the door, and facilitate healthy relationships with customers. Worked personally with customers, both in the shop and onsite, teaching them how to use our equipment in the most effective manner for their event or production, and on how to interface it into their current systems.The company has put on many community learning events, with manufacturers like ETC, Shure, Chauvet, Elation, Allen and Heath, Ultratec, and more. Applied Audio also produced the AATSXPO for three years, every February from 2018 to 2020 which brought 20+ manufacturers and representatives to Rochester for a single day event. The event allowed local community members and our customers to interface directly and begin plans for their upcoming projects.

SA Tech is an on campus technical services and support company. I worked all types of events- AV support, dance performances, orchestral concerts, live bands, etc. I was in charge of training all technicians on our roster, ranging between twenty and thirty people, to know all aspects of production in the four primary spaces we worked in.
