As Chief Revenue Officer I am responsible for the commercial results of the business, managing every element of our performance from initial discovery calls with prospects, through to client renewals and up-sell & cross-sell. I am line Manager for seven regional Heads of Revenue and Customer Success Directors who in turn manage teams of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.Key Achievements: * Creation, execution and training of a new sales process to standardise our approach to securing new clients* Defining a strong sales culture within our business to continuously improve on past performances* Improved forecast accuracy within the weighted pipeline* Generated an increase of £2m (ICV) in new revenue compared to the previous year
