I am a versatile and self driven designer with over 18 years of design experience working on greetings cards, children’s books and public art commissions. My style is playful and colourful - easily adaptable for projects and briefs. I have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate - regularly taking refresher courses to make sure i’m on top of changing trends and design techniques. I am as confident working digitally as i am using traditional methods (I have a sketchbook and pen at all times) and enjoy combining the two to create unique designs and characters. I pride myself on having excellent commercial awareness - taking inspiration from visiting exhibitions, retail and online - continuously evolving my style and curiosity both in work and out. I am passionate about sharing my skills with others - leading creative workshops and mentorships with new designers. My name is Adam Pryce (also known as #artyadam) and I am a freelance designer/illustrator based in Manchester, UK. Since graduating from Hereford University in 2006 I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, working for companies such as Morrisons, Walker Books and WH Smith. I currently have 10 published childrens books and a range of greetings cards in stores around the UK.My artwork is fun and colourful – playfully combining traditional drawing and textures with digital colour. My style is adaptable for all areas of design – I have previously designed merchandise, branded a festival and created ceramic murals. I enjoy working with the public on community projects and regularly lead creative workshops around the UK.
