Senior Project Manager (RPM) on the Fibre Cities roll out across numerous locations in the west of England. Managing a team of Project Managers and FBC's. I also managed a Lead to Cash program, for 10 weeks on my notice. I managed the delivery and rectification of circa 1,300 high profile failed deliveries, reporting directly into the CEO and other senior managers within Openreach.

Currently managing 2 projects;TEF London Upgrade, This involves 4g/5g upgrades across numerous greenfield/rooftop/streetworks sites. CTIL L&S Managing the design and build stages of the reactive lift and shift project. Works vary from small cable tray moves to full site temporary re locations. Liaising with site providers and working to tight timescales. Delivering key KPI with weekly client reviews.

In this role as a Project Manager I worked with a wide range of clients, from charities to major highways contractors. These projects varied from office refurbishment, to data centre builds, electrical contracting and telecoms installs.I lead projects from the initial survey, to the tender process, through to the planning and construction phase and also the handover. Client communication was key in this role, and close working relationships with clients enabled me to ensure return works. I ensured my projects were completed to the highest standard and within aligned budgets, allowing the company to invest profits and grow.

After moving from the role of Project Support to Junior Project Manager, I assisted the Director and Operations Manager directly in managing projects across the UK. This included Streetworks sites, greenfield/tower builds, and Rooftop infrastructure. Working with clients such as EE, Telefónica, JC Decaux, Waldon Telecom, Wireless Infrastructure Group and Arqiva.

In my role as a Service Administrator, I was responsible for the day to day running of theservice department. My main role is to arrange for engineers and contractors to attend to clients and resolve issues on site as efficiently as possible. In this role I have learnt about creating Risk and Method statements as well as working with high demanding customers who expect a high level of service and standards. I also managed the companies computer network, this involved setting up new computers to thenetwork, maintaining the security of the network and also upgrading as the business grew.

As the Assistant Manager I was responsible for the complete workings of the store. It was an acting store manager role as we did not have a store manager in out management structure. I worked hard to ensure I recruited only the best candidates for my team, and looked for a diamond in the rough. I also managed on going performance issues by using file notes, informal and formal warnings and eventually investigations. I ensured my store is running to its peak performance by completing rapid POS audits at leat once every other month. This helped me to identify short fallings before they became an issue. I was responsible for the performance of the store and am I am always open to feedback from my team.I drive for an honest and friendly atmosphere in my workplace but I have no problem with critical discussions and have had many different performance discussions. I hosted monthly incentives to help the team stay energised and learn the new season launches. As an Assistant Manager I ensured that all banking was completed consistently and efficiently making sure that there were no discrepancies and that every penny was accounted for.

During my time working as Senior Sales Manager I was responsible for the smooth running of the store in the manager’s absence. My duties are varied and include updating our daily sales board with KPIinformation and feeding that back to the team. I drive sales on the shop floor through feedback of sales information but also through the coaching of staff giving feedback on both areas that can be improved and on excellent performance. I have worked with the manager in store to raise standards on the shop floor and back of house ensuring that we are able to run at peak performance at all times. I have also been responsible for stocktaking and the inputting of that information accurately. I have been instrumental in shop floor moves and the changing of the visual merchandising of the windows and internal displays. I am also in charge of making sure the store admin tasks are completed consistently and effectively. These tasks include; daily, weekly and monthly linkage reports, daily banking, filing visit reports, maintaining accurate health and safety documentation.

In this role was responsible for the safety of all the children that came to the camp for 24 hours a day. I worked as a lifeguard

I am responsible for the day to day workings of the bar, including cellar management and cleaning standards. I Helped gain the pub a 5* rating from the FSA.
