Adam is a strong believer in the power of overlapping disciplines. As an electrical engineer with a mid-career shift to consulting and interests ranging from technology to behavioral economics, the common thread has always been a love of problem-solving. Adam prides himself on his ability to “travel the stack”, equally comfortable running executive steering teams and technical design meetings with software developers. At every stop in his career, Adam is someone who quickly becomes an integral cog in the operation, and gets things done through teamwork and the building of deep relationships. With over 20 years of experience leading teams in Fortune 500 and SMB environments, his areas of focus include supply chain management, process improvement, business systems integration, and change management. Some of Adam’s more recent consulting projects have been managing large-scale complex software installations (ERP & WMS) and leading custom software development projects using a mix of Agile, Scrum and other techniques.
