As an IT Project Manager for Broward College, I create and maintain relationships with members of various business units throughout the college as well as third-party vendors in order to successfully drive projects to completion. I am also responsible for developing project documentation in order to report and manage initiatives effectively.

During my time with Consilio I created and maintained project schedules, including defining activities, sequencing, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements. These schedules were used to successfully oversee 3-4 concurrent projects at a time including a complete domestic and international rollout of 3rd party supervision software for over 3000 users. I provided expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, reviewed workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
