Salon & Staff Management – Client Relations:My duties included all of the duties associated with a stylists as well as coached all stylists in the salon to ensure the maximum efficiency and operation of the salon including; keeping stylists on track to maintain their schedule, organized continued education and product knowledge classes, set up salon outings, competitions and events. I created marketing fliers, salon menus, employee handbook and organized salon marketing. I handled all stylist concerns as well as client concerns, complements and complaints. I assisted the Owner with all aspects of Human Relations processes. I ordered all necessary products to ensure efficient salon operation.
