Current• Effective handling of full life cycle recruiting process in Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2. • Understanding the requirement and posting the same in Job portals. • Good at creating the search strings and searching the suitable candidates from leading job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder and Dice.• Sourcing the consultants through Job portals and Mass Mailing.• Contacting the candidates through mail and phone, taking a brief interview and Checking the consultant’s availability and comfort level for relocation and benefits• Handling Agency requirements independently, finalizing the rates, submitting the candidate’s profile• Follow up with the clients regarding the recruitment status of the submitted candidates. • Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill clients open job positions• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Bullhorn, CATS.• Maintaining daily and weekly client reports.
