The core of the role is to oversee the growth of our organization, structuring our 5-year strategic vision, developing OKRs and KPIs for each department that ladder up to those 5-year objectives, and developing strategic partnerships that align to our vision.WEtech Alliance is a Regional Innovation Center (RIC) in the Province of Ontario that serves as a hub for innovation and the acceleration and commercialization of technology companies in Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent counties. WEtech works with all stages of start-up enterprises and established firms, and partners with similar organizations to support growth, innovation and prosperity across our region.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada is a Federation comprised of 108 member agencies servicing more than 1,100 communities across the country. Together we mobilize over 21,300 volunteers who in turn mentor 41,700+ children and young people. Each Big Brother Big Sister agency provides direct service to children by matching volunteers and youths in quality mentoring relationships. Our agency staff members are experts at screening volunteers and matching them with a mentee having similar interests.

My role was to develop unique growth strategies to hit our expansion targets, while at the same time coaching and leading our rockstar business development team. My goal was always first and foremost to build a repeatable and scalable growth engine, while developing strong relationships with national brands, academic institutions, and students across North America. Some Highlights:- Grew our partner base 300% over 2 years utilizing a combination of cold calling and email marketing, while tailoring unique solutions for each school.- Lead our international expansion into the United States through referrals, email marketing, and trade shows. - Lead the hiring, coaching, and KPI development for the business development team. Proud to say that over the course of my time at Textbooks for Change we grew the business to 26 employees, brought on approx. $300,000 in Angel Investment, sent over 175,000 textbooks to East African Universities, and grew our revenues to $1.9M.

As an account manager at RBC it was my responsibility to establish and manage profitable relationships for the branch, from both internal leads and external cold calling. All while meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. * Consistently ranked in the Top 10 regionally for my Likelihood to Recommend scores, showing that I was able to establish both long term, and profitable relationships by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience. * Worked hand in hand with our front line team to drive inbound leads and larger results. * Consistently exceeded weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas. Not just in revenue, but also in Likelihood to Recommend, Calls Made, Meetings Booked, and tools used.
