In December 2022 Attraqt, a UK publicly listed company was acquired by K1 Investment Management, a B2B Enterprise SaaS Software private equity investment firm and Crown Peak Technologies, a leading Digital Experience Platform and K1 Investment portfolio business. Attraqt provides industry leading Search, Merchandising and Personalisation technology for global brands utilising best in class artificial intelligence coupled with curative control to put relevant products in front of consumers at the right time to maximise conversation and revenue on any digital channel. Customers include ASOS, JD Sports, Screwfix, Adidas, Waitrose and over 300+ global brands. As CEO I was accountable for all business operations, integrating previously acquired businesses and re-positioning of the product and go to market strategy during a turnaround period. We raised funds from public market investors and completed multiple acquisitions as well as executed a sale of the business to private equity with a 72% premium on the closing share price at offer.

Co-founded eComp in summer 2014 as a specialist advisory firm offering IT and eCommerce strategy, technology evaluation & enablement, project advisory and programme management as well as technology due diligence services for retailers, brands, private equity and venture capital.

Defined and executed the strategy which supercharged the company's growth by 400% between 2010-12 and led to industry recognition as one of the fastest growing and successful eCommerce agencies in Europe. Responsible for commercial relationships which included customers, software vendors and services partners and managed the sales, marketing and customer success teams.
