My virtual door is always open for feedback and ideas.I'm in the driver seat for “wouldn’t it be cool if” all the way through to launch of all MSP features and integrations.- Designed and delivered project Unify, a market-first solution to correlate SaaS security logs and RMM data to help protect MSP partners against token hijacking and sophisticated attackers purchasing IPs to thwart geolocation and impossible travel.- Designed, and delivered SaaS Alerts' first mobile application which is available in the Apple Appstore and the Google Play store.- Delivered IT Glue, NinjaOne, CW Automate, Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM, Syncro RMM and N-Able N-Central integration and monitoring.- Delivered full Kaseya BMS and Autotask PSA integration (ticketing, customer mapping and contract adjustment).- Enhanced Connectwise Manage integration to be in parity with Kaseya BMS and Autotask PSA.- Designed and delivered numerous usability features (ticket error reporting, test ticket generation were big ones)- Support sales and marketing by providing partner-facing, pre-sales engineering as well as presentations at conferences.

We will do this by providing a platform that enables businesses, local governments, economic development entities and non-profit startup growth organizations to make perfect matches between mentors and mentees, ensure consistent checkins and mentoring sessions, and by providing real-world metrics to track the success of their mentoring and coaching programs.

Designed and lead development of a cloud-based telehealth platform to enable patients in outpatient recovery to meet with their clinicians and aid in their recovery.Released application in the Android marketplace as well as the Apple App Store. Used by hundreds of patients by multiple outpatient facilities.
