Tasks carried out:● Working on the floor in a busy environment averaging 60+ customers on the weekends collecting empty glasses, whilst taking new orders for customers and handling change on a continued basis.● Ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities in the pub and ensuring that each table is cleaned after customers are finished to adhere to health and safety regulations and making sure the place looks nice for new customers ● Making sure that customer service is met with excellence and answering queries whilst working such as questions about the menu and having a friendly chat to ensure the customer is happy.● Moved from the floor to behind the bar by taking orders and pouring drinks whilst ensuring the bar is fully stocked and kept clean.Skills I learned:● Being able to work under pressure● Better social and communication skills● Team work with other staff members● Learning how to run a bar
