I have seventeen years’ professional experience in Australia ensuring project delivery and business strategy development and implementation. I possess a vast depth of technical, managerial and commercial experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within multi-disciplinary environments; namely environmental, water, natural resource and mining. My previous management roles provided opportunity to manage personnel, define business strategies and required exceptional business acumen. These skills enhance my ability to manage and deliver projects across Australia. I have been trained in communication techniques, performance management, conflict resolution and negotiation techniques along with client relationship management. Technically i am trained in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and applies these skills to improved information management and provide support for decision making. Expertise includes due diligence analysis and constraints mapping, advanced satellite image processing, land cover mapping and related accuracy assessment; time-series analysis; land use optimization and allocation model design; participatory environmental risk assessment; spatial decision support model design; web-based mapping application deployment; program reporting, monitoring, and evaluation. I have a sound understanding of multiple GIS procedures and has refined methodologies and tools for determining geographic queries and solutions. I have also initiated mobile mapping (GPS) procedures for collecting and analysing spatial data and is proficient at customising GPS devices for specific user needs.
