Welcome!Customer service has been at the top of my list for most of my career, especially working in the automotive industry for the past six years. I enjoy being part of the team on the sales floor and acting as the primary contact for digital leads, inventory management and scheduling. My background in technology, combined with ongoing training and education in tech-related topics, allow me to serve as a resource to colleagues. Over time, I've built strong in-person and digital communication skills. I'm able to troubleshoot and translate processes and technical topics to every-day language...showing customers and others, in an approachable, step-by-step way, how they can benefit from new technology. Right now, a self-described "techie," I'm also studying for my A+ certification and working towards Cloud (AWS) and Network+ certifications. As much as strong customer service is a constant, I value adaptability and growth, always expanding my skills as technology changes.
