Summer job during college. I was responsible for leading a team of road-side maintenance workers. Important skills utilized were leadership, conflict resolution, and time management. I also occasionally assisted in the office answering customer calls when needed.

This job consisted of many "as-needed" duties including: dealing with marina customers at the dock, pumping gas, washing boats, assisting customers in the store, website administration, running the cash register, and doing property maintenance. It was a great job that taught me to enjoy doing something different each day and to be comfortable without a strict routine.
