My responsibilities are growth of the cloud and managed services business through management and provision of 3 departments. Engineering, Presales and Managed Services. As such my responsibilities include:- ensuring a high standard of presales engagement for customers- growth of services business- technical business unit owner across BIOS and CloudHPT- project delivery - management of cloud onbearding team- management of managed services team

I am responsible for managing the sales team, responsibilities include growing sales revenues, winning new projects, training and educating the team, providing management information at board meetings which includes forecasting and sales KPIs. My goal is to drive further incremental revenue within our valued customers, win more new blue chip clients and promote BIOS Middle East as the leading storage and virtualisation consultancy in the UAE.
