Manage warehouse operations; hands-on involvement in all aspects of inventory product fulfillment regarding: receiving, shipping, order picking, data entry, inventory control, time management, safety evaluations, policy and procedures controls.This includes the use of computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, UPS Ship gear, Fed-Ex online services, PPM4, and PPM4 Warehouse client. Math calculations, and clerical. Certified forklift operation. Apply advanced warehouse skills and experience to all areas of daily operations that include but are not limited to:• Receive, rotate, and move product to staging areas and storage bays using i.e., pallet jacks, forklift and proper equipment in compliance with safety requirements; ensure pallets are built and loaded accurately; follow all safety and security procedures adding proactive measures to prevent accidents/incidents; strive to minimize the number of damaged goods and tipped pallets.• Pull orders according to pick tickets and packing slips using rotated product first. Secure pallet shipments correctly for outbound freight shipments, and verify the accuracy of inbound as well as outbound shipments. Research and resolve issues on pick tickets, i.e. wrong items, incorrect address, incorrect quantities; complete paperwork and ensure they are returned to correct trays, print production managers, and accounting.• Inventory control; perform product inventories regularly pertaining to InnerWorkings Policy and Procedures. Insure the warehouse on-hand stock matches PPM4 inventory; notify management on issues of damaged goods, missing inventory, low stock notifications. Double check orders picked to insure accuracy.
