The Community and Business Engagement Institute is a student-led consulting organization that bridges the gap between the classroom and workplace experience by pairing high-achieving undergraduate business students with real-life business consulting projects both domestically and internationally. Serving as a Project Lead:• Communicates with clients to establish project objectives and a project timeline.• Delegates work among team members and partakes in regular monitoring to ensure task completion by the determined deadline.• Compiles research into a written deliverable to successfully address clients’ objectives.• Engages in public speaking to present research findings to clients in a detailed and professional manner.Serving as a Senior Associate:• Designs branding guidelines and sample marketing content for clients to utilize.• Engages in marketing research and analysis for clients by utilizing databases, best practices, and industry professionals.• Completes four projects each year, with a total of twelve projects from position starting date.Completed Projects:• Hilton Head Dental Spa• Amor Artis• The Balanced Bra Company• Veterans Welcome Home Resource Center• Coastal Carolina University Human Resources• eMYRge• Sprout Digital Agency• Yoga in Common

• Used Canva to design three social media posts per week for five assigned agents.• Used Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to create and edit interoffice forms.• Assisted in professional photoshoots for real estate agents and properties, and edits photos using Adobe• Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.• Captured and edited drone videos to display property development and residential housing.• Created and implemented social media strategies daily on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts.• Monitored engagement analytics on social media accounts and strategically adjusted posting times and content variety to increase numbers.• Wrote three blogs per week and published them on two company websites.
