Financial inclusion is my passion and goal as a Business Correspondent at Bank of Baroda, where I have been providing financial services to the rural and underbanked population for over seven years. I facilitate their access to banking products and benefits, such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and government schemes, through digital platforms and outreach activities. I have also been managing the scheduling and organization of the branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.Before joining Bank of Baroda, I worked as an Area Development Manager at Shriram Life Insurance for eight months, where I recruited, trained, and led a team of sales agents, achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Art Studies from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, where I developed my creativity and analytical skills, which I apply to my current role and projects. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I recently completed a certification course in Scheduling Management, enhancing my organization and time management abilities. I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of the people and communities I serve, using my financial and artistic skills and knowledge.
