• Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams for effective management of all project phases from start to finish; including creating POC, scoping, estimation, development, testing, and deployment of AR,VR,MR Apps.•Involved in all stages of the project from understanding client requirement, project planning, cost estimation, resource allocation, concept brainstorming with cross functional teams, manage 3D CAD development team, procedure testing using HoloLens etc• Guide and mentor team members to help solve technical issues, provide solutions and take ownership of team delivery from a technical standpoint.• Develop, maintain, and track detailed functional timelines and budgets for several concurrent projects,adapting to their evolving priorities if necessary• Identify project assumptions, risks, key deliverables, and resource needs, and mitigate potential issues before they negatively impact the project• Build a Technical Road map for the project and execute it. Contribute to design for any new functionalities, enhancements, new projects etc
