• Own, manage and direct end to end Project management activities.• Represent the team and the organization while leading major amendment, incidents and planned complex changes.• Provide technical direction and advice for the production team.• Support and participate in the CCB and CCP.• Building bridge and calls with different association team to resolve complex changes and enhancement requests.• Handling conflict situation and extending resolution and notification to the stakeholders.• Working and negotiating with different vendor as per vendor management process.• Meeting with stakeholders and enduser to update progress and changes review as the requirement.• Resolving issue using escalation matrix appropriately to get appropriate level of focus from technical teams and management• Leadership on hosting meeting with CAB to provide the change approvals as the change process.• Use appropriate tool to monitor, track and drive changes to ensure they are upto the par.• Prepare RCA for all failed changes and process them to closure with various line of business team.• Hosting monthly and weekly meeting for change review.• Project initiating, defining, planning, execution, monitoring and report building activities on time.
