Associate Payroll Analyst
Current• Performs end-to-end payroll process from account opening of New Hires to final pay preparation of Leaver Employees • Collecting timesheet data and consolidating payroll instructions from different Stakeholders• Maintain accurate data entry and timely payroll records for employees• Validate thoroughly the calculation of Active and Leaver payroll reports including income, attendance premiums, benefits, taxes, government premiums, and other deductions• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions related to payroll and timekeeping• Generate, prepare, and distribute pre- and post-payroll reports to management and vendors (e.g., ESPP, Retirement, Payroll defects, Fund request, FBT, PEZA, etc.) • Collaborate with HR, Finance department, and Payroll vendor to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing• Ensure stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in payroll regulations in compliance with Government policy and procedures• Manage and maintain employee payroll files and records in a confidential and organized manner• Knowledgeable in software and applications such as ADP Streamline, ADP eTime, AskNow ticketing system, Genesys, MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Workday• Performing account balance and payroll reconciliation reports• Participate in payroll documentation and automation projects
