It is a big growth group of real estate and top rated sellers trusted with benefits.  Role and Responsibilities Vendor Managers are responsible for managing inputs (selection, in-stock), category or brand financials, pricing and promotion management, auditing and analysis of data at granular levels, vendor escalations and concise communicationso Dive Deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for multiple subcategorieso Owns the P & L for multiple brands/subcategories; develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvemento Creates strategic and prioritized vendor business plan that maximizes margins and customer experience Vendor Managers are responsible for growing selection, improving terms and cost structures, building long-term relationships with vendors for the sub categories/brands assignedo Focuses on strategic holdout or challenging vendors to increase selectiono Drives strategic negotiations to deliver top- and bottom-line category growth for sub-categories/brandso Creates opportunities for growth, customer acquisition for multiple sub-categories Vendor Managers are expected to demonstrate customer and category knowledge, be an advocate for a quality customer experience, and understand the competition and industry Vendor Managers are responsible for long term growth opportunities and risk identification, planning, communication and partnering with internal teams Vendor Managers are expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of tools and become advocates for tool enhancements Vendor Managers are responsible for knowledge management, development of self and others, and recruiting.

• Used trackers to create a database for all vendors and brand POCs which helped various teams receive open PO data more systematically.• Overseeing the warehouse team's inwarding of goods using GRN and gate entry numbers in a Google sheet. Also was managing the RTVs and I was the POC for STNs.• Supported Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis, Monitoring and analyzing KPIs on an ongoing basis, providing insight into the Business, and suggested ways to improve KPIs (Gross margin, EBITDA, reducing Overheads).• Coordinating with brand owners and implementing new supply chain practices in companies and improved company’s finance by carrying out monthly vendor assessments and negotiating with current vendor lists.

• Liaison between Sellers and technical solutions/support groups within the team, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements as I was partly responsible for all Functional & Technical assistance to Sellers on Amazon.

• Got hired to Amazon in 2018 as seller support associate. Worked for FBA in NA and UK mp addressing issues like Lost inventory in transit, Removal of inventory from FC. Promoted to senior associate and then to Mentor for Ungating process. Trained and mentored batches for GATING and compliance documents review.• Served as a main part on improving the efficiency of training, nesting and production for new hires. In gating, mentored and helped promoting mentorship to senior associates as well as trained batches for gating and compliance documents review.

• Worked as an advisor for a leading satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States called SiriusXM. My role was to help the customer understand the product they were using. This opportunity has helped me vastly improve my communication skills and team leading Techniques.

• Depending on the client's needs, my Technical Support position was interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails/chats, or the Internet.
