Monitoring transshipment units at port and get it connected on immediate vessel available without any delay before incurring storage. Uploading load list and last minute chasing with the transporter to gate in container/ED passing before cut off. Coordinating with port/CFS for shifting boxes from port to CFS for inspection/cross stuffing etc. Pre alerting upper gulf agents regarding transshipment container with connecting vessel details with documents required. Alerting all POD agents with terminal departure report with container no and vessel details. Dealing with import customer for any damage related issues and acceptance of these damages at port for repairs. Getting repair approval from MNR desk for damaged containers and getting it repaired from port by sending repair approval. Maintaining dead freight report to each sector for costing. Liaison with surveyor or ports for any claims or damages arising at port to containers or cargo and solving the issues related to it. Coordinating with customer/transporter for any port related issues and solving it suitably.
