Current• Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis.• Responsible for understanding and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, indeed etc.• Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.• Conducting initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.• Good understanding in US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc.• Proven work experience in recruitment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
