With seven years of experience in the coffee industry, I've become adept at providing exceptional hospitality, training & educating individuals and teams, leading with humility, inclusion, and respect, assuring quality of product and service, and building an intentional network that spans across all facets of the industry. From my tenure in Atlanta, I've focused on building systems to onboard and provide ongoing support PERC employees. This includes comprehensive training, SOP development and execution, cultivating a fun, inclusive, and quality-driven work culture, and building & maintaining effective lines of communication for 6 retail locations across the state of Georgia. I’ve had the privilege of training over 100 new employees during my time at PERC, refining my ability to work with and support coffee professionals and hospitality workers with various prior work and life experiences. In the U.S. Coffee Championships world, I have earned recognition as a '22 and '23 USBC Semi-Finalist. My routines resonate with the human experience of coffee and reflect the lasting impacts of coffee experiences. These concepts are at the forefront of what motivates me as a coffee professional.
