Offering individual counseling to adults both in-person and online. I specialize in treating complex trauma and dissociation, and I’m also experienced in addressing anxiety and low self-esteem. I primarily use Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) when they align with the client's needs, and I also integrate NARM and interpersonal neurobiology into my practice. I am supervised by Brittany Fellwock, LPC-S.
