• Providing high level technical support for the estate, using problem solving skills to analyse and resolve complex issues• I work closely with the support team to maintain the estate and troubleshoot issues, using IT software packages to track and monitor software and hardware related incidents• I am the lead contact in the usage, deployment and support of the BroadSign content management system• Using an in-depth knowledge of the digital estate, I advise on and test new solutions and processes to support dynamic advertising content• I am responsible for the development and evolution of the Exterion dynamic campaign delivery and accountability process• I use my experience to develop working practices within the delivery of Exterion campaigns and work as a lead supporter in the development and deployment of new assets

• Having developed an in depth understanding of the requirements for dynamic, data driven campaigns, I work with internal and external colleagues to develop technological delivery solutions for clients.• I am the lead contact for a range of client's dynamic needs delivering highly effective, engaging campaigns that fulfil client expectations whilst showcasing the capabilities of the JCDecaux estate.• Developing internal working practices, I am actively involved in the evolution of DOOH delivery making it easier and more effective to work with JCDecaux in the production of dynamic campaigns.• I have a drive to investigate and improve the technologies currently in use to deliver DOOH campaigns, whilst also looking for any avenue for innovation that could increase flexibility and accuracy of delivery.• I also work successfully with internal business units to help drive and develop new business practices and technologies, helping to evolve the digital OOH market.• I continue to develop unique creative and technological solutions to help deliver highly successful DOOH campaigns.

• Responsible for the effective management and delivery of campaigns across the entire JCDecaux DOOH estate.• I was a key member in the development of new systems and digital formats, leading the delivery of campaigns in a seamless transition from traditional methodologies.• I was the key contact and delivery lead for high profile clients (including both dynamic and linear campaign deliveries) on some of the UK's most high profile sites.• I have worked with dynamic content providers to help develop, evaluate and approve content and products for use across the JCDecaux estate.

• Primarily responsible for the delivery of digital OOH campaigns, I have ensured seamless delivery across some of the highest profile UK Digital OOH sites.• I engage with creative agencies and production companies to provide delivery solutions for intelligent, data driven campaigns.• I also work with internal business units to help drive and develop new business practices and technologies, helping to evolve the digital OOH market.• Developed unique creative and technological solutions to help deliver highly successful DOOH campaigns.
