Transitioned the console drivers for ASR9000 & CRS-3 from San Jose to India and worked on certain critical customer issues along with enhancing the device driver like RS232 and ST16c550. IOX On Unix (XOU) - Implemented the Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) for the routing protocols in this emulation based on Simics. Also worked as the development engineer for various enhancements on XOU.

As part of it, we organized two Global Flagship events and more than 30 local events & campaigns. We added nearly 10 NGO's in Cisco Brightfund ecosystem. And logged more than 3000+ hours with a reach of 1500+ Cisco Citizens. Along with the involvement of NGO's, we also mentored couple of Start-ups which were working in the area of Disabilities. As part of it, we created a core team of volunteers who work along the NGO Pragati on this mentor-ship program. In this engagement, we have contributing more than 1300 Volunteering hours in past one & half year. Recently, we have also enabled Pragati team with Cisco WeBeX technologies to start working remotely during Covid times.
