About Aditya Dogra

Aditya is an Engineering Leader at Cisco with over a decade of experience in developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions for routing, switching, and data center products. He has co-authored two IETF working group drafts and holds couple of Cisco patents for a mechanism to improve the reliability and performance of the Hot Standby Router Protocol as well as in traffic engineering in IGP. He is also a certified mountaineer by the Ministry of Defence of India and a winner of the Innovation4Community 2021 contest.At Cisco, Aditya leads the IGP Protocols and Gateway team for all product families, where he oversees the design and implementation of features such as Segment Routing, Open-config, and VRRP.
