I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in fraud and scams detection at a branch level, becoming the Fraud and Financial Crime SME for the wider North Midlands Market. Using data captured across the country, the joint operations centre, and Action Fraud, I have discussed and presented fraud bulletins with the wider community.
