With extensive experience in Service Management, I am a leader and practitioner of quality assurance, safety management, assessing risk, Information Management, and delivery of ICT services. With an additional 4 years recent experience as an IT Project Manager in a leading secure IT managed service company. Sprung from early retirement to join the team at TriCIS with their exciting new ventures.
