Through Upliftology™, scholars have enrolled into schools, including Ivy League universities, such as Columbia University, Syracuse University, University of Berkeley, among others, and have earned scholarships in sums totaling $7 Million to date. Many of our students have enrolled (and already graduated!) debt-free.Upliftology™ also assists colleges, universities, and specialty programs streamline their processes to improve the student experience. I worked as a Business Technology Consultant across various clients within the federal, public, and private sectors, among the banking/financial, sports, and healthcare/insurance industries.I staffed and led my project teams to analyze, identify, and rationalize thousands of reports from multiple legacy state insurance systems for migration into a centralized ERP system. I've worked to translate key business requirements into technical requirements in preparation for system design, build, and test phases. Also, I formulated the data strategy and identified key data attributes required to implement the design of professional sport organization’s database and architecture. Database design was developed to help obtain and retain membership and customers worldwide. Work resulted in streamlined and clearly defined data attributes which will best help retarget customers in future system interactions.I designed and built future state business processes for private sector financial institution by analyzing and updating current state business processes. Efforts resulted in more streamlined Lines of Businesses (LOBs) work flows, shared services, and business practices for client.I've collected and analyzed data of numerous software documentation and applications to understand the functionality, advantages, and opportunities for improvement to aid in financial institution’s efficiency and standardization across the various LOBs within its multi-million dollar financial organization. Efforts resulted in vendor selection of a product to help the company operate more resourcefully and timely.Within this time, I coordinated project efforts between health care providers and the health care system development team during various phases of testing. Designed and documented process for migration from as-is system to to-be system for state government’s Affordable Care Act program. Work resulted in more efficient communication and daily outputs from the different project teams.

Utilizing IBM System Architect to design and capture various data communication systems between the Department of Veteran Affairs and other governmental agencies, Adebisi updated and created process model diagrams to reflect Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) version 2.0 standards. She provided Enterprise Architecture support through the designing and building of artifacts as specified by the client and user requirements. She also assisted with project management tasks including engagement support tasks for onboarding project resources.Adebisi supported the Project Management Office (PMO) efforts in analyzing and managing requirements documents, including Business Requirement Documents, Requirement Specification Documents, System Design Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrices. She managed stakeholder expectations and worked with system developers to align technical and business requirements to be compliant with client processes and standards; delivered IT products acceptable to the client’s predetermined specification.Adebisi provided project coordination support including facilitation of conferences between Project Managers from firm and the Department of Veteran Affairs. She also served as manager and organizer of project document repositories, including Microsoft SharePoint, where communications between company and client were posted for recordkeeping.
