Profile bio

About Adebisi Adebowale

I'm a business technology consultant who transformed my career through public speaking and social media to become a higher education / student transition coach and workplace dynamics consultant with my company Upliftology™, an SBA-certified Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). Since then, I've helped college-bound students earn over $7 million in scholarships for their education and top internships and full-time employment with large corporate companies; consulted with colleges and youth-centered organizations to improve their student experience metrics; and have given number of talks both domestically and internationally about higher education, networking, diversity, leadership, among other topics, including my first TEDx talk about education (which you can watch below). I also help organizations develop and implement workplace dynamics strategies to structure and improve workforce dynamics between leadership and teams. After earning both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from the George Washington University debt-free as a Gates Millennium Scholar, interning in the White House, and traveling the world three times as a study abroad student, I knew I wanted to help more students achieve great heights through their higher education and career goals. One of the last things we need is for more students to be added to the never-ending national student debt list. I love helping people make their dreams reality, and why not start with the youth so they have a simpler path to success than those who came before. In addition, I serve as a lifestyle blogger and social media influencer for those of the African diaspora. I write and vlog about fashion and beauty, food, travel, culture, and faith. In this arena, I also work as a model and event host.To learn more about my services and for public speaking inquiries, email me at adebisi@upliftology.co.

Listed skills include Event Management, Social Media, Microsoft Office, Event Planning, and 38 others.

I worked as a Business Technology Consultant across various clients within the federal, public, and private sectors, among the banking/financial, sports, and healthcare/insurance industries.I staffed and led my project teams to analyze, identify, and rationalize thousands of reports from multiple legacy state insurance systems for migration into a centralized ERP system.
